How do I book my event?
We’ll create a custom menu and detailed proposal for you. When you’re ready to move forward, a one-third deposit holds your date, and the remaining balance is due 10 days before the event.
Can you customize the menu?
Yes. We specialize in building menus that match your event’s style and flavor. We’ll talk through your ideas, favorite foods, and any dietary needs, then design a seasonal menu that’s as personal as it is delicious.
Do you offer vegan, vegetarian, or gluten-free options?
Absolutely. We accommodate all dietary needs and are happy to adapt recipes so every guest feels included. Most dishes can be made vegan, gluten-free, or dairy-free without losing flavor or presentation.
What service styles do you offer?
We offer buffet, family-style, and plated service. Buffet meals are staff-served for a smooth flow, family-style works beautifully for larger groups, and plated service is ideal for more formal or intimate events.
Do you provide rentals?
Yes. We can arrange tables, linens, dishware, glassware, and serving equipment as needed. Our in-house rentals are limited, but we’re happy to coordinate additional items through our trusted vendors.
Do you handle setup and cleanup?
Yes. Our team manages the full setup, service, and cleanup of our catering area. If you need extra help with tables, décor, or venue setup, we can provide additional staff upon request.
Can you serve alcohol?
Yes. Our licensed team can staff the bar and serve your alcohol responsibly. We’re also happy to help plan drink service and suggest signature cocktails that fit your event.
When should I book?
For weddings, booking 6–12 months in advance is ideal. Smaller events can often be booked within 30 days, but the sooner you reserve your date, the better, our calendar fills up quickly during peak season.
Do you cater smaller events or private dinners?
Yes. We handle events of all sizes, from private dinners to large weddings and corporate functions.
Do you provide linens and table décor?
Yes. We can provide basic linens upon request. Specialty décor and floral arrangements are best handled by your planner or florist, and we’re happy to coordinate with them to ensure everything comes together seamlessly.
Do you travel for events?
Yes! We cater throughout Southern and Western Oregon, including the Oregon Coast. Whether your event is local or in a remote location, we’re happy to bring the food and our team to you.
